Intellect Consultancy Services Ltd (“ICS”, "we", "us") is committed to keeping your information secure and managing it in accordance with our legal responsibilities, under the privacy and data protection laws applicable wherever we operate in the world, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EC) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) in the European Union (“EU”).

We collect information about you during the initial engagement process in order to contract the services which we will be providing to you, and subsequent information obtained about you during the delivery of those contracted activities.

The primary legal basis that we intend to use for the processing of your data is for the performance of our contract with you.     How long do we keep hold of your information?

    In principle, your personal data shouldn’t be held for longer than is required under the terms of our contract for delivery of the services with you, and for the period of any contractual obligations that survive the contract termination.       Our Website does not use Profiling Cookies. Profiling Cookies collect information concerning the visitors use of the website, and can enable data analysis and Profiling. As we do not use Profiling Cookies, we do not need to request or obtain any consent from you when you visit our Website. We only use Technical Cookies on our Website, which are utilised to ensure the smooth operation of the functions that the Website provides. As Technical cookies do not collect any personal information, no consent for their use is required from you.
      Our website may sometimes contain links to other websites. Our privacy policy only applies to our website so if you link to other websites you should read their own privacy policies.

        Transfer of data outside the EEA 

        Please note that some data recipients may be located outside the EEA. In such cases we will transfer your data only to such countries as approved by the European Commission as providing adequate level of data protection, or enter into legal agreements ensuring an adequate level of data protection.

        Minors

        We understand the importance of protecting children’s privacy, especially in an online environment. The Site is not designed for or directed at children. Under no circumstances shall we allow the use of our services by minors without prior consent or authorisation by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
